The Premium Directory and Domain Purchase Service (the “Service”) is intended solely to support the purchase and sale of registered domain names, and not the content of the respective websites.

GoDaddy will provide the location and terms of the transactions and will receive a pre-agreed fee for each completed transaction. GoDaddy is not an escrow agent. Therefore, GoDaddy does not guarantee the quality, security, or legality of transactions involving specific domain names. These domain names can be deleted at any time by the seller or our company. You agree that your transaction will be processed by GoDaddy as part of the transaction insurance process. By using GoDaddy`s transaction insurance process, you authorize GoDaddy to act on your behalf to complete the transaction. In these transactions, GoDaddy acts as an accelerator to help you buy and sell domain names. GoDaddy will not use your funds for its own operating costs or for business purposes, nor will it intentionally make them available to its creditors in the event of bankruptcy or for any other reason.
